Photographie témoin d’un écran d’un arrêt sur image d’une vidéo performative d’une expérience d’échec qui n’existe pas dans la forêt est le titre complet de cette oeuvre. Cette image accidentelle s’invite en un jeu de démultiplication de visibilité et de monstration, qui brouille les pistes de ses modalités de captures en revers des caractéristiques techniques des outils technologiques à notre dispositions. Cet accident devient un jeu du regard, un objet comme une possibilité d’interroger la vérité photographique. La forêt est aussi importante dans ce qu’elle renvoie à nos imaginaires mais aussi nos luttes ; telle une zone flou, incontrolable, comme la main de l’homme de la photographie à l’image. Comme une respiration, l’accident rend possible l’accès possible à un moment esthétique, un potentiel sensible.

The entire title of the piece is : Testimonial photograph of a screen of a still from a performative video of an experience of failure which doesn't exist in the woods. This accidental image became a game of what we see, an object as a possibility to interrogate the truth in photography. The place where the photograph was taken is just as important in the way that the forest refers us to imaginary worlds as much as to struggles, and that it remains a blurred, uncontrollable zone, just like the hand of man that eludes photography to make an image. Like a breath, the accident gives rise to an aesthetic moment, a sensitive potential.
